3.3 Accurate Information. You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to payment processing or Account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pelita88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and GrabPay. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pelita88 does not accept deposits or make payments in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. pelita88 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the Account. 5.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers, including the reload bonus and any other promotional credits, are subject to individual offer terms published at the time of the promotion. 6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on pelita88 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. pelita88 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

Nothing in these Terms grants any Player any right, licence, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.
8.2 Players may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the pelita88 platform without pelita88's prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pelita88 excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from: interruptions to Platform availability; errors in game software or odds pricing; loss of data; or any indirect, consequential, or special damages howsoever arising.
9.2 pelita88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach, any Balance attributable to funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money funds will be returned to the Player following verification, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to pelita88.
11.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting pelita88 support at support@pelita88.club. Any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.
